My violin was in much need of a sound makeover. Patrick Tsai knew exactly what my older violin needed, where other shops had failed. Patrick understood my tonal concerns and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He described the corrective actions needed to improve the violin and made sure my expectations were realistic.
