Patrick Tsai has an extensive knowledge on string instruments. His kindness is extraordinary. I've needed my violins repaired on short notice and he has stayed after shop hours to get my instrument fixed asap. He has always willingly shared his expert opinions. Thanks to Patrick I've had my bridge fixed, my violin adjusted, and my bow repaired.
