General Information
At Everjoy Music Inc., all our products have a 7-day money-back satisfaction guarantee from date of receipt (exceptions listed below). We’re committed to making your shopping experience with us an enjoyable one!
Online Pricing
- All prices at EverjoyMusic.com are for online shopping only. In-store prices may be higher than online prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Ordering
- All orders will be confirmed by email to the customer's email address on file.
- Payment will be charged to the customer's credit card before the order is shipped.
Return Policy
Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise for any reason, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please follow the return procedures carefully in order for us to process your refund (less shipping and handling).
Strings are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
Return Procedures
- Within seven (7) days of receipt of item(s), please contact Everjoy Music Inc. for a Return Authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Returns without a Return Authorization number on the box will be rejected.
- Write us a note explaining the reasons for return (including information about each item you are returning), and either 1) indicate you would like a refund (less shipping and handling) or 2) specify the item(s) you would like in exchange. Be sure to include the original invoice, and clearly indicate your name, address, telephone number, and email on all correspondence.
- All return items must be securely packaged in the same way received using the original shipping box and packaging materials. Please check that all items will remain secure during shipping and that the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the box.
- All shipping fees must be prepaid and all return packages fully insured by the customer.
- All return items must arrive in new condition, with no damage or scratches. Damaged returns will be rejected without negotiation.
- Everjoy Music Inc. reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet all the return policy requirements.
Damaged Item(s)
- Please contact Everjoy Music Inc. within seven (7) days of receipt if any items arrive damaged.
- Returns must be securely packaged in the same way received using the original shipping box and packaging materials.
- Mark the Return Authorization number clearly on the outside of the box.
- We will arrange for the carrier to pick up and inspect the package(s) before we issue a refund or send the new item(s).
